Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Pave Velo was marvellous. I ate at a pleasant restaurant with a good choice of food and drink. The most important was the staff - welcoming and kind people.

Friendly owners with excellant food and quiet location. Under new management and still working on decorations but comfortable and homely. Very near to Eden project and good base for touring Cornwall.

Good Breakfast and pleasant bar/breakfast room set in a good location.
Room was small with only one bedside table and no chair to put clothes on.. Ensuite was tiny. The bar was locked when we returned at 10pm.

The welcome and the food was good. The situation was amazing , one could hear water flowing past as is a former mill. Very nicely decorated, very comfortable chairs.
My husband is asthmatic and they had some of these awful so called airfreshners plugged in to communal areas I had to unplug , unnecessary and not good for people with asthma. Marvellous fresh air, why bother? Also it was very cold at night , no extra blankets provided and heating turned off. Shower hard to use.

Attention to decorative detail in all areas combined with a sensitive conversion of old industrial buildings.
