The garden view from our room added a serene touch to our stay. The staff displayed remarkable hospitality that made us feel welcomed and valued.

While the food was good, there was a slight delay in service during peak hours.

The gardens are stunning and offer lovely areas to relax. Our room was a Small Double Room, well-equipped and comfortable. Breakfast had many delicious options. Staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The location is great for nearby attractions.

Room sizes can be wildly inconsistent!!! the traffic noise at night can really hinder a peaceful sleep!!!

During my stay, I found the whole experience enjoyable. The staff were accommodating, and the gardens were peaceful. I appreciated having breakfast each morning. One evening, I had dinner and was pleased with the quality of the meal. I also like that I was able to relax in a nice setting. The area is perfect for someone looking for quiet time away from the city.

The breakfast here is a showstopper, with options that’ll make your day brighter – fruit salads so fresh, they practically dance! The gardens? A hidden gem, perfect for a stroll. Plus, the room was spot on, I slept like a log!

this hotel is truly fantastic! our double room was super comfy n clean, with plenty of tea n coffee. the staff were amazing, always ready to help n super friendly. breakfast was absolutely delish, with lots of options. the gardens are like a secret paradise, perfect for a nice walk.

the parking area was a bit cramped. also, the shower could use a bit more pressure.

Had a lovely stay! The gardens are simply gorgeous, and our room was comfy with charming decor. Easy access to the nearby attractions made our trip delightful.

The bathroom was so tiny, I nearly needed a map to find the toilet! watch out for the dog hogging all the comfy seats.

great base for exploring picturesque gardens and charming landmarks

I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast that fueled my days and the beautiful gardens on the property enhanced the relaxing vibe of my stay, making it a perfect match for my weekend strolls through the city and nearby attractions like St Austell Viaduct less than 1.5 km away and Pinetum Park just over 3 km away. the only downside was the noise from the busy road nearby, but it didn't detract much from my overall experience.
